Problem
Live-action roleplay training for incident commanders is effective but expensive, hard to scale, and impossible to practise on demand. Needed a digital complement that could simulate realistic crisis scenarios without the logistics of a full exercise.
Solution
Built a full-stack application using OpenAI to simulate realistic crisis scenarios. Users roleplay as incident commanders, making real-time decisions against AI-generated injects, characters, and evolving situations. Multi-agency scenarios run out of the box with zero preparation overhead.
Outcome
300 active users across 50 client organisations, including UK Fire & Rescue Services. Now a standalone SaaS product with its own growth trajectory.
