Problem
Shell had acquired several greentech startups that needed to be migrated onto the company's enterprise cloud platform, meeting stringent DevOps, security, and compliance requirements, each with different tech stacks and maturity levels.
Solution
Led end-to-end onboarding of three separate greentech startups into Shell's cloud estate. Established CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and security compliance for each, adapting the approach to each startup's existing architecture.
Outcome
Three startups successfully hosted and operating within Shell's cloud platform, fully compliant with enterprise standards. Repeatable onboarding pattern established for future acquisitions.
